Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Foundations

Our DEI training for leaders aims to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to create and sustain a culture of inclusion and belonging in their organizations. The training will focus on helping leaders understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion and how they can develop an organizational environment that embraces and celebrates these values. The objectives of the training are to foster an understanding of DEI concepts and terminology, deconstruct DEI issues and how they manifest in organizational life, analyze equity gaps through the use of equity audits, create a shared sense of responsibility for creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace, and enable leaders to develop and implement DEI initiatives. In addition, participants will gain the tools and strategies to create an environment of respect, empathy, and collaboration.
