Dr. Ives consults with and conducts needs analyses for companies needing assistance managing performance, tasks, and decisions. She is a Process and People consultant that assists in the company’s search for solutions with methods that facilitate and raise creativity so they can implement solutions for themselves. She utilizes principles of organizational development in her consulting.

Dr. Ives uses principles of Leadership Engagement that measure leader engagement levels through surveys and interviews and defines and improves performance in engagement and retention. This area of expertise requires emotional intelligence in people management, leadership transformation, and organizational culture. Dr. Ives prioritizes Global Initiatives and Talent mobility to provide insight and execution for total international expatriates (usually for executives) or local plus (partial-package expatriates), from a pre-move informative guide to the post-move ex-pat management program.
